Fibreboard GOST 4598-86, Grades ТС
Fiberboard by means of wet fabrication are produced with the aid of equipment made in the Republic of Poland.
They are used in construction, carriage building, furniture manufacturing, containers, joinery and other structures protected from damping.
The original raw material for fiberboard includes technological wooden raw materials and chippings.
With the aim of improvement of physical and mechanical properties of particle boards the particle mass is treated with glue. Formaldehyde resin and paraffin emulsion solutions are used for this purpose.
The following grades of fiberboards exist:Т-С – hard boards with the facing layer consisting of finely dispersed wood pulp; Board size, 2745х1700х3.2; 2745х1700х2.5 Physical and mechanical features of boards of group A: Density, kg/m3 850-1100 Fiberboards are shipped in unpackaged (bulk) and packaged forms. A package of fiberboards, consisting of 100 boards, is mounted onto a wooden pallet, covered by perimeter with fiberboards of group B and bound with steel tape of polyethylene terephthalate packing tape with the use of plastic angle pieces for protection of upper boards from collapse with tapes.
Precise board cutting is possible according to customer’s specifications. Certificates of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation are available.

ParticleboardGeneral and special purpose particleboards are fabricated by means of the hot pressing of wooden particles mixed with a binding material. Particleboards are fabricated at the moulding and pressing line “Shank” equipped with “Becker-Van Hullen” press (FRG). In 2004 the product was attested for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2001, in 2005 it was certified according to international standards of ISO14000 series, in 2009 the labour protection management system was introduced, which meets the requirements of OHSAS-18001:1999, NEQ. Technological wooden materials, saw dust and chips are used as the original raw materials. Low toxic carbamide-formaldehyde resin of CF-NFP grade is used as a binder. The binder also includes a hardener based on ammonium sulfate and additives, which reduce formaldehyde emission from finished boards providing special properties for boards whose composition is protected by means of patents.

Particleboards GOST 10632-2007 “Particle boards. Specifications” of P-A grade, grinded for furniture manufacturing, in construction, machine engineering, radio tool engineering and in production of containers.
Particleboards of PS-A grade are intended for their use in residential construction and civil engineering, window boards, wall panel components, floorings, formwork shields, temporary structures.
Particleboards GOST 10632-2007 of P-A grade (V) having increased moisture resistance, grinded – owing to special additives they have increased resistance to atmospheric moisture and moisture in the place of using of the special slabs.
Laminated particleboards DSP-L – particleboards of P-A grade of all thicknesses covered with decorative films, also having improved moisture resistance. Laminated boards have opaque surface, wide assortment of decors.
Basic decors include:
Russian alder 15-05043-104(103) |
Beech Bavaria 15-14101-146(145) |
Crab Apple 15-22122-118(121) |

According to GOST 10632-2007 boards of the 1st grade must not have dents (bulges) or scratches, paraffin, dust-and-resin or resin spots, spalling of corners, edge splintering, grinding defects. All aforesaid defects must be limited in boards of the 2nd grade.
In avoidance of mechanical damages during handling and transportation boards must be packed. Boards are placed in blocks in the following quantities:
boards of P grade having thickness10±0.3mm — 46 pieces
boards of P grade having thickness 12±0.3mm — 39 pieces
boards of P grade having thickness 16±0.3mm — 29 pieces
boards of P grade having thickness 18±0.3mm — 26 pieces
boards of P grade having thickness 22±0.3mm — 22 pieces
boards of P grade having thickness 24±0.3mm — 20 pieces
boards of P grade having thickness 26±0.3mm — 18 pieces
boards of PS grade having thickness 18±0.8mm — 26 pieces
Blocks of boards are covered with packing plates consisting of wasted particle boards and bound with packing tape (2 longitudinal and 4 transverse belts).
